Returns & Refunds Policy

21 Day Window:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 21 days of placing an order.

Please inform us promptly, because we do ship products within the next couple of business days. You can contact us with your decision via email at golfnostalgia@gmail.com

Please include in the Subject Heading: Cancel and Order #XXXX

Conditions for returns:

For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The products were purchased in the last 21 days.

• The products are untainted/unused in their original form with no alterations.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The product has been used and shows signs of use.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the shipping cost and restocking fees, which could amount to $10. Please get in touch with us directly, and we'll walk you through the process: golfnostalgia@gmail.com

You are responsible for the risk of shipping products back to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the goods in their original form.

Refunds:

Upon the receipt of products in their original form and condition, we will process the refund within 3-4 working business days to your original payment method.
